  • Form builder

    Drag a block onto the canvas, type the question, done. Thirty-one field types cover everything from a plain short answer to matrix grids, appointments, products and calculations.

  • Conditional logic

    Write rules in plain rows — when this answer matches, do that. Fields appear and disappear as the respondent types, so nobody scrolls past questions meant for someone else.

  • AI form builder

    Type what you are collecting and the co-build panel proposes fields, options and structure. Nothing is applied behind your back — you accept, edit or revert.

Collect

  • Payments

    Add a products block, connect a processor and the form collects money and data in one submission. Eleven payment routes are supported, so you can use the processor you already have.

  • E-signatures

    The signature block captures a drawn signature on any device. It sits alongside the rest of the questions, so the agreement and the answers arrive as one signed record.

  • File uploads

    Add a file field and respondents attach what you asked for — a CV, a photo of the damage, a receipt — instead of promising to email it later.

  • Multi-language forms

    The whole respondent experience is translated, not just the questions you typed — validation errors, buttons, the thank-you screen and the confirmation email included.
