How large can an upload be?

The per-file limit depends on your plan; the builder shows the current limit next to the field so respondents are told up front.

Which file types are allowed?

You choose. Restrict the field to the extensions you actually want, and anything else is rejected before it uploads.

Deleting a response moves it to the 30-day Trash; a permanent delete removes the response and its uploads together.

File uploads

Add a file field and respondents attach what you asked for — a CV, a photo of the damage, a receipt — instead of promising to email it later.

What it looks like

Uploads are held in private storage and reached through your account, not from a guessable public URL.
Attached to the response, not floating in a folder
Each file is listed on the response it came with, so you never have to match a filename to a person.
Multiple files, sensible limits
Ask for several attachments per question and keep the per-file size within your plan's limit so a submission never silently fails.
