Billing questions
Can I change plan in the middle of a period?
Yes. Upgrading charges only the pro-rated difference for the days left in the period; downgrading takes effect when the next period starts.
Do I need a card to get started?
No. The free plan never asks for a card: create the account, publish your form and start collecting responses straight away.
What happens to my responses if I cancel?
Your responses stay where they are and you can export them at any time; the account simply returns to the free plan's limits.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost 15% less than twelve separate months and are charged once a year, which suits organisations that approve budgets per financial year.
Are taxes included in the listed price?
VAT and sales tax are calculated at checkout from the country you select and shown as a separate line before you confirm. Add your tax ID if your company is registered.
Do you accept bank transfer?
