Exactly how this form behaves as it is answered — 3 conditional rules ship with it.

• Features conditional validation: if “Has the student ever needed epinephrine for a reaction?” is Yes, “Describe the reaction that required epinephrine” becomes mandatory before the form can be sent.
• Features advanced show logic: if “Does the student carry their own auto-injector?” is No, it is kept at the office, the form dynamically exposes “Where the auto-injector is stored”. Otherwise that question never appears.
• Features conditional hiding: if “Do you have a signed action plan from a doctor?” is No, not yet, “Upload signed allergy action plan” is removed from the form and is never submitted.
• All 3 rules are editable in the Logic tab, and the built-in checker warns about rules that contradict each other.
