How to connect Google Calendar to your form

    Create a Google Cloud service account and download its JSON key.

  2. 2

    Enable the Google Calendar API for that project.

  3. 3

    In Google Calendar, share the calendar with the service-account email and give it 'Make changes to events'.

    Tell us which questions hold the date and time, then send a test event.

What you’ll need

  • Google service-account key (JSON).
  • Calendar ID — Calendar settings → Integrate calendar → Calendar ID.
  • Date question label
  • Time question label (optional) — Leave blank for an all-day event.
  • Duration (minutes) (optional) — Defaults to 60.
  • Time zone (optional) — Defaults to UTC.

Credentials are stored server-side and never rendered in your published form. Every delivery attempt is logged, transient failures are retried with backoff, and repeated failures disable the destination instead of retrying forever.
