How to connect Twilio SMS to your form

    In the Twilio console, copy your Account SID and auth token.

  2. 2

    Add the Twilio number that should send the text and the number that should receive it.

  3. 3

    Send a test event to confirm the message arrives.

What you’ll need

  • Twilio auth token.
  • Account SID
  • From number — A Twilio number or messaging service sender.
  • Send to — Leave a mobile you own; E.164 format.

Credentials are stored server-side and never rendered in your published form. Every delivery attempt is logged, transient failures are retried with backoff, and repeated failures disable the destination instead of retrying forever.
