Add an Incoming Webhook (or Workflows) connector to a Teams channel and paste its URL into your form. Each submission posts as a card your colleagues can read without leaving Teams.
What the Microsoft Teams integration does
- Accepts Teams webhook URLs on webhook.office.com and logic.azure.com, so both connector styles work.
- Card layout keeps long answers readable inside the Teams reading pane.
- Delivery attempts, status codes and retries are recorded per submission.
