Send form responses to Slack
Paste a Slack incoming-webhook URL into your form and each submission arrives as a readable card in that channel — question labels on the left, answers on the right, with a link back to the response in your inbox.
What the Slack integration does
- Uses your own Slack incoming webhook, so the message posts as your workspace app with no HelloForms app to approve.
- Choose which questions appear in the card, so sensitive fields can stay out of the channel.
- Failed posts are retried automatically and every attempt is written to the delivery log.

How to connect Slack to your form

In Slack, open Apps → Incoming Webhooks and add a webhook to the channel you want.

Copy the https://hooks.slack.com/services/… URL and paste it below.

Send a test event to confirm the channel receives it.
