CRM & data integration

Send form responses to Notion

NO

Create an internal Notion integration, share your database with it, and each submission becomes a page in that database with text properties filled from the matching answers.

What the Notion integration does

  • Answers land in properties whose names match your question labels.
  • Choose the title property, or leave it as Name.
  • Uses an internal integration secret you control and can revoke in Notion.

What it looks like

A Notion page per submission, one property per matching question label.

How to connect Notion to your form

  1. 1

Create an internal integration and copy its secret.

  2. 2

Open your database → ⋯ → Connections → add the integration.

  3. 3

Paste the secret and database ID below. Text properties matching your labels get filled in.

What you’ll need

  • Notion internal integration secret.
  • Database ID
  • Title property (optional) — Defaults to Name.

Credentials are stored server-side and never rendered in your published form. Every delivery attempt is logged, transient failures are retried with backoff, and repeated failures disable the destination instead of retrying forever.

Who uses it

  • Teams whose whole workspace lives in Notion and want submissions in the same database.
  • Applicant, feedback or bug trackers built as Notion boards.
  • Client intake where each submission needs a page for follow-up notes.
