CRM & data integration
Send form responses to Airtable
Create an Airtable personal access token with data.records:write, point your form at a base and table, and each submission becomes a new record with fields matched to your question labels.
What the Airtable integration does
- Uses your own personal access token scoped to one base — no broad OAuth grant.
- Field names are matched to question labels, so an existing table works as-is.
- Airtable rate limits are handled with automatic retries and backoff.
What it looks like
One Airtable record per submission, with fields named after your questions.

How to connect Airtable to your form
- 1
Create a personal access token with data.records:write scope on your base.
- 2
Add a table whose field names match your question labels.
- 3
Paste the token, base ID and table name below.
What you’ll need
- Airtable personal access token.
- Base ID — Shown in the base API docs URL.
- Table name or ID
Credentials are stored server-side and never rendered in your published form. Every delivery attempt is logged, transient failures are retried with backoff, and repeated failures disable the destination instead of retrying forever.
Who uses it
- Teams running an intake pipeline as an Airtable base with views and automations.
- Content and production calendars fed by request forms.
- Lightweight CRMs where each submission is a record to progress through stages.
