This template is written the other way round. Every label, help text and choice is neutral Latin-American Spanish, so an attendee in Guadalajara, San Salvador or Los Angeles reads it the same way. It asks the things an organiser genuinely needs on the day: who is coming and how to reach them, which session they picked, how many people they are bringing, dietary notes when food is served, and whether they need any accessibility support. A conditional rule opens the guest names only when someone registers more than one place, and asks for a parent or guardian contact only when the attendee is a minor, so an adult signing up alone answers six questions and stops. Consent for photographs and for event updates is captured separately, each with its own wording, so nobody is opted into a mailing list by agreeing to attend. Set the form language to Spanish and the confirmation email, validation messages and success screen all follow, which means the attendee sees one language from invitation to confirmation.
