• Features advanced show logic: if “May we contact you about this report?” is No, keep me anonymous, the form dynamically exposes “We may not be able to investigate an anonymous report — anything else that would help?”. Otherwise that question never appears.
• Features advanced show logic: if “What kind of problem is it?” is Fly tipping or dumped waste, the form dynamically exposes “Is the waste blocking a road or path?”. Otherwise that question never appears.
