• Features conditional validation: if “Were any defects found?” is Yes, “Defect severity” becomes mandatory before the form can be sent.
• Features conditional validation: if “Is the vehicle roadworthy?” is No, “Who has been notified” becomes mandatory before the form can be sent.
• Features advanced show logic: if “Is the vehicle roadworthy?” is No, the form dynamically exposes “Vehicle taken out of service at”. Otherwise that question never appears.
• Features conditional validation: if “Type of check” is Handover, “Driver taking over” becomes mandatory before the form can be sent.
