Items are listed by asset tag with a plain description, because a tag without a description is useless when the register is wrong. Condition is a four-way answer including damage, which opens a short description and a photo. It asks which accessories came back — charger, dock, cables, case, adapters — since those are the parts that quietly disappear. One question serves security rather than stock: whether the device has been wiped. Finally it records where the item is now, so the next person looking for a spare laptop can find it without asking around.
