• Features advanced show logic: if “Permitted uses” contains Third-party licensing, the form dynamically exposes “Any organisations specifically excluded?”. Otherwise that question never appears.
• Features conditional validation: if “Duration of this release” is Fixed period, “Number of years” becomes mandatory before the form can be sent.
