About this template

Once a customer has accepted a quote, the next form should set up the routine rather than re-ask the questions. This booking form captures the confirmed frequency and preferred day, the arrival window, the number of hours booked, and the start date, so the job can be dropped straight into a cleaner's round. Access is documented explicitly — someone home, key held by the company, key safe with code, or a concierge — along with alarm instructions and parking notes, which are the two things that most often cost a cleaner fifteen minutes. A priorities section lets the customer rank rooms and tasks so a short visit is spent where it matters, and lists anything the cleaner should not touch, from a home office desk to a child's room. Supply arrangements are agreed: customer provides products, cleaner brings their own, or eco products only. Payment preference and the cancellation notice period complete the setup, and the customer signs to confirm the recurring arrangement.

Frequently asked questions

Does it charge automatically?
It records the payment preference; connect a payment provider and add a products field if you want the first visit paid at booking.
How do customers change their day?
Send the link again to re-confirm, or add a short amendment form for schedule changes.
Are key safe codes safe here?
Submissions are private to your workspace; restrict who can view them and remove the field if you prefer to take codes verbally.
Can cleaners see the priorities?
Export the job sheet or forward the submission so the assigned cleaner has the focus areas and no-go rooms in writing.
