About this template

True or false is the quickest assessment format that still measures something: one statement, one tap, no reading of distractors. This template ships the whole paper — an identity page that captures name, email or student ID and group, then ten statements written as clean single-clause claims, each answered True or False and each required so nobody submits a half-finished sheet. The statements are general knowledge on purpose; they exist to show the shape and pacing of a well-written true/false paper, and are meant to be overwritten with your subject matter in a couple of minutes. It differs from the Multiple Choice Test in what a wrong answer tells you: with four options, a mistake often reveals which misconception a learner holds, while a true/false miss only tells you they got it wrong, which is why the confidence question matters here more than anywhere else. Answering the last statement reveals a required one-to-five confidence rating, so a run of lucky guesses looks different in your results from genuine knowledge.
